Reserving a Booth is Easy!

1. Choose your booth. Click here for the floor plan.
2. Bear in mind that the floor plan is updated once a week. It is recommended that you select at least two alternate spots in the event your first choice is taken. 3. Download the Rules & Regulations.
4. Download the Exhibit Space Rental Contract. Complete the contract and fax to 312-541-0573 or scan and email document to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We do not process incomplete contracts. Once you have sent your contract, you will receive a confirmation in at least 24 hours. If you do not get a confirmation in this timeframe, contact show management immediately. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail or faxes.

Booth Rates

• $2300 per 10x10 if you are an APCO Commercial Member in good standing.
• $2600 per 10x10 if you are not a Commercial Member.

There is also a $75 premium per open corner or $300 if you select an island style booth (all sides exposed).
